Who is a saint according to the Bible?

A saint is someone who has the 100% perfect righteousness of God imputed on them. 100% perfection is not achievable by any form of good works a man does. There are many sins every human being do every single day, knowingly and un-knowingly.

The belief that those who forbid to marry or stay away from people or live in a mountain are saints is a false pagan belief. Those people are still sinners. Doing the wrong thing is a sin and not doing the right thing is a sin as well.

Every person who has accepted the free Gift of Salvation and the righteousness of Christ imputed on them is a saint.
