When God re-directs your path

We pray for God's guidance and make plans. We start working on them. Suddenly God closes some doors. We wonder what is happening. We question ourselves whether we misheard God and feel disappointed.

The truth is, if we do our best to seek God and walk in God's direction, we can't miss out on His plan for us. Interruptions, closed doors, failures and disappointments can be part of God's plan for us, and it all works for our eternal good.

God is always working behind the scenes. We may think that your failures, interruptions and delays are useless, but that is not true. We are near-sighted and see what we see right now, but God sees the entire picture. God knows what He is doing. Just trust Him and keep walking with Him.

God is in control of everything. If we trust Him and walk with Him, we will be where we are supposed to be, when we are supposed to be.

Ecclesiastes 3

3 To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

11 He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

12 I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
